This 3-minute, 3 exercise GLUTE CHALLENGE can be done 2-3x per week or as a great glute FINISHER on your BOOTY TRAINING days!
In this challenge you'll be doing 3 glute targeted exercises that will help develop a rounder, stronger butt! This super fast glutes challenge hits the booty hard, so if you're looking for a challenging glute workout you can do any time, any where, that is FAST and will have you FEELING THE BURN . . . then this is the workout for you!
If you are doing this challenge as a stand alone workout than it's best to warm-up a few minutes before jumping right into it. If it is your leg & glute workout finisher then get right to it!
Here is the workout:
45 second glute bridge with 15 second restd
45 second single leg glute bridge with a 15 second rest
60 second weighted glute bridge hold
